... days left until I get on a plane to start the semester and I'm excited. I got my hair cut today, tried to figure out the rest of my paperwork and have reviewed my packing...again. I am only bringing one checked bag, and a backpack and small tote bag for my carryons, so I'm trying to remember I can't bring everything I would like to bring due to space and weight ...

... his life. For Sandburg it was a good place to write and to walk in the woods.

I've frequently encountered references to Sandburg but have to admit I haven’t read any of his works. We've never seen such tight security. It appears to be isolated to our particular flight or perhaps USAirways/American, as there are several other flights to the US in our "secured area". The area surrounding our gate is roped off with airport and security personnel not allowing ...

    Are we there, yet?

A travel blog entry by baldmagicguy on Sep 08, 2014

Didn't get a chance to upload an entry yesterday. It's really Tuesday as I write this.

We left Knoxville in the morning and drove to Greenville, South Carolina. Had a nice visit with Gloria and Dennis. Betty's sister and her son. Both were very gracious and friendly. It was a nice visit, but we forgot to take pictures. We're still kicking ourselves over that.

    The drive from ...
