As of today, not much much other than the usual. I have a new client, Halfords, so that's why I'm in Birmingham travelling home each weekend. However, the plan is that from around May next year, we go off driving around the European land mass visiting hot countries when it's cooler there and colder countries when it's hotter. ... going to meet Julie in The Rocket pub by Coventry railway station and arrived there at around 6 p.m. It turned out that the pub had closed and was due to re-open in a few weeks but they’d decided to open for Godiva because there would be thousands of people walking past and some of them would want a break. ... getting closer. The street is filled with colour as a parade of Indians in rich costume parade down the street complete with turbaned man on pony.
It turns out to be a wedding. The family are taking the groom to meet his bride, and the events of the previous two days have been a lead up to this.
So we ask ourselves:
Why we are planning a trip to India when it is all happening here outside our front window...AND we have roast lamb for lunch without any fear of Delhi ...
