After the 5pm show, most of the show folks walked over to the Chinese restaurant next to our lot. It was probably the most expensive buffet I've ever been to but it was also the most delicious and satisfying meal I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant also. So it was completely worth it. Oh, and tomorrow's pay day, so that helps. Hah.
... and got back to our hotel around 9PM. An entirely satisfactory day.

With a smaller group and everyone all warmed up, we picked up the pace a bit and made good time along the trail. Our first stop was brief, next to a long-ago fallen tree smothered with mushrooms. The tree was certainly dead, but the 'shrooms looked very much alive. Only Ginger knows, of course.
I leave for Honduras in two days. Everyone keeps asking if I am excited or nervous, which I am, but not nearly as excited or nervous as I thought I would be. I guess it has just been a long time coming since I've known for so long that this is what I would be doing come July.
