... we could actually cast spells round Diagon Alley, from making it rain to lighting up the street. It really is unbelievable. (See the attached photos!!) Also is a Gringotts shop, where you can exchange your muggle money (dollars) into crisp Gringotts Bank notes to be spent in Diagon Alley and Hogsmede! Emily, Shannon and I took the Hogwarts express train ride to Hogsmede, went on the Tri Wizard cup ride, had a Butterbeer and went on the ride inside Hogwarts - I can't ...

... Burt to see Greg Billings. Dawn had been texting us to hook up but once down on Main Street it was a impossible task to find her. Greg Billings really rocked the house and I couldn't help but put in a few moves. Or, in some cases, there's an entire mountain range that is crying out to be traveled by high-speed rail, but just can't be done. *sigh*

... to the World of Beer in Brownwood. It was still raining but we sat outside since it was warmer than inside with the AC on. Of course they had a great selection of Irish beers, though no green beer. I ended up having a New Jersey brew after several taste tests and Richard had an Irish stout. We both had sandwiches and apple and kale cole slaw. Richard's was Guinness bratwurst sliders and mine was an excellent three cheese and bacon sandwich.

... we were quoted at the Hampton, this was very attractive. We have a suite with a sofa bed that could sleep an additional couple, plus a kitchenette bar area with fridge and microwave and sink, a desk and a separate eating table. The layout is very European-like with no space wasted and yet using all the tricks to make it feel roomy.

This was Richard's worst day so far and we both rested after checking in as early as we could. We had both indulged ...
