Just grabbed breakfast at McDonald's and gas after 2 hours on the road already. Stayed in Knoxville TN. It's been a wet and beautiful drive so far this morning. Of course it's just now daylight and starting to rain. South Dakota

  • 1880's Town
  • Badlands
  • Mount Rushmore
  • Crazy Horse
  • A couple of abandoned towns
Devils Tower
Grand Tetons

We are not sure where our adventure will take us after all of this. The really funny thing about this trip is that we have not made any reservations. For ...

Good day, Bad day. The bad first. Headed out from Memphis in the morning with AC on and all of a sudden there was a antifreeze mist coming out of the vents. This is particularly unsettling, as I had the whole heater core replaced less than a year ago. So stopped at a auto parts store, got some radiator leak stop and eventually it solve the problem. But, I few miles from our final destination today in northern Tennessee, the problem came ...
