The end of our journey is in sight!! We stayed near Detroit on Tuesday night and crossed back into Canada at Sarnia and headed down to Point Pelee - Canada's most southern point before going to Shiela and Rob's last night. Although it is our country's most southerly point, the weather was cold and windy!! Today we are on our way to St Catharines for a quick visit with Grandma ...

Jen was surprised at how much she enjoyed it and we both got a heap out of it. We left the museum at 11.45am and stopped in Jackson at a strip mall for lunch at 1.00pm. We went to a Panera where you can order soup, sandwich or salad. I had a Thai salad with chicken. It had beans, Romanian lettuce, solantro, chilli, chicken, pecans and a ...

... full and then proceeded to the car. Chuckie took us on a bit of a goose chase to find the rental car place where we picked up our mini van for the drive to California! Don't let it fool you...it isn't your typical soccer mom mobile. Jet black and loaded with options, we call it the secret service bus!! It rivals the "man-van" Brian enjoyed driving around while my new civic was getting envirogaurded a couple weekends ago!! After quite a bit ...
