Anyway, we haven't stopped since JP's nap so we hit up a ****** gas station in Dinwiddie VA for some snacks (the place smelled like Chinese food). Trail mix for him. Check mix for her. We have been on the road for about a month by this point and we have settled into a pretty good rhythm with camper living whilst keeping a pretty fast pace. We have done about 3000 miles so far with maybe 9 or 10 thousand to go over the next four months . Regardless of your age, the moment you walk through the doors of a Disney theme park, the outside world is left behind and one is free to let the imagination run wild and just be in the moment.

Growing up, neither Nancy or myself were able to go to Disney World ...

After a long day of driving, we have arrived in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina at the Hampton Inn. We are staying here overnight to rest up and stretch our legs before our final leg of the trip tomorrow morning at 7:00. We stayed at this same hotel location last year. It is super clean, modern and has a great staff. There is a nice complimentary hot/cold breakfast buffet for us in the morning beginning at 6:00. ...
