Had breakfast in the hotel and when we left it seemed a lot warmer this morning. We decided to follow the guide book and go to Hot Springs but as soon as we left it absolutely poured, you could hardly see the cars in front - amazingly some didn't even have their lights on but once it stopped the ride was nice into Hot Springs. Nice area and an easy drive to Hot Springs down the Moonshine Scenic Byway route 7. There are six COE managed camping areas on Ozark Lake. Nice overnight at this ...

      Wild Things Farm

What makes this farm extraordinary is that they do all of the hard work and harvesting with a steady stream of tourists, school ...

As I meandered past the bountiful window displays, my first stop was at the ever-convivial Jody Whitworth’s eclectic home décor boutique Yester-Daze. I’ve mentioned Jody before in my column as both his store and personality fascinates as he creates wonderful millinery creations that also serve as holiday home décor accoutrements.

Jody’s store is fresh and innovative while filled with nostalgic pieces from the past. ...
