        ... 1 was the Backyard Ale House. Nope, we didn't want to have lunch in what looked for all accounts like a dive bar. Option #2 was a place called Carl Van Luger's.         ... many with elaborate platforms on top so nothing will be missed. Let's not forget to mention the tailgating - these fans are serious about their racing! It seems we've been here a lot longer than a month and can't believe that its time to journey on from this mountain town with all the junctions.         ... veterinarian works out of his home, with no computer in sight and old school file cabinets. It's where people still write checks at the grocery store and say hello even though they don't know who the you are :) We're both road weary and right now are planning to base here for a few months.
