      ... not kidding, took us through the tasting process. Needless to say Carrie and I passed our tastings (3 at 1/3 oz.) to Tony and Robert after our little sip. We know how to smell and taste without the swallow an interesting lesson. Because we were in a dry county rules are still in place with regard to the amount of alcohol they can serve. One ounce per person.

      ... should take up painting while we have some extra time here, so we've painted the shed and the shutters in a nice shade of red - two projects off their list whether they wanted it or not.

      ... is only made in this distillery, and they basically own half of the county to house the barrels. We must have passed 10 huge barrel houses - each one holding about three million gallons of whiskey. The government gets about 8 million every 2 weeks in taxes from them.
