We left Chattanooga on the Interstate 24 ( they are long tree lined corridors, you do not see the country side ) leaving the 24 we joined state road 50, a much nicer route. Whilst driving to Lynchburg we crossed the time line, so now we are 6 hours behind you all. Arriving at The Jack Daniel Distillery, our tour was about an hour and half. More dates and information. Now was it 1836 or 1856! We have run out room in our ...

In between the kids work (Joe's a teacher at Siegel Elementary) and Keli's school schedule (working on a degree in Graphic Arts), we've talked a lot and likely driven even more going to the stores ...

We are finally sitting at our campsite in the same clothes we wore yesterday, about to slam our first Jager Bomb.  We had a rough start to this beautiful Bonnaroo pre-vacation, but the trip to Sloss Furnace was great.  Some of you may not know our story about The Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, Alabama.  On July 30, 2007 after 2 years of dating, Hurricane Katrina, a trip to the Georgia Aquarium and a trip to Hawaii, Alex and I went to our ...
