This is a super nice room. We have a one room suite with a sofabed. It is so nice to have a recliner or couch. The air works great and we have a microwave, frig and TWO LCD TV's. Nice size desk int heroom as well.

The room layout is very nice and the room is clean and fresh. Everything looks new. I love this room.

... we hit the road arriving at Courtney's new house in Madison around 2:15 PM. (That's where we had parked our car all week.) She fortified us with chocolate chip cookies : ) and we visited while moving all our stuff to our own vehicle. We returned the Traverse then proceeded to hit the worst traffic of our trip between Madison and Whitewater! But it was very good to get home. Very very good. We got everything in the house ...

... br> Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, on the Michigan coast, was equally beautiful, but Superior provided a glimpse of its contrary weather, suddenly blanketing a bright sunny day with a thick lake fog and rain in a matter of moments. One minute it was sunblock, the next we were shivering! We were told that twenty to thirty foot waves are not unusual on the lake!

Today first we drove around Middleton a bit, the little town (that's not so little any more) where I grew up. This is the house my dad designed and built where I lived until I was 9.

Then the apartment from 9 until high school.

The high school where I went - then there were 650 students, ...

I sat next to a really nice girl who was also going home from a semester abroad. We had a nice chat. The plane ride went by relatively fast. We got served two meals and a snack. Plus they came around all the time with drinks. I was hydrated and fed. I slept a little bit, but not nearly enough. The movies they played also ...

... town. We had to have lunch there amidst all that awesomeness! We ate at a
place called The Grumpy Troll, shopped at a Norwegian imports store (of
course we bought a troll), took pictures with some of our new friends,
said our sad goodbyes to cousin Mavis and had to dash to the airport.

It was a great trip and we're sad to go, we saw so many amazing
things. Although getting to see our kitties and sleep ...
