... the brake controller gave us no problems today, so John was less nervous. In order to expedite our travels, we ate both lunch and dinner out. We had lunch at a McDonald's at a travel plaza and had dinner at a local restaurant in Chambersburg called Dilly's. I took a photo of us parked at the travel plaza. We are required to park among the trucks where we are always dwarfed. See if you can find us.

Another warmish day and we headed off to visit the smaller towns surrounding Gettysburg. Along the way we discovered to,John's horror ,an " outlet " shopping mall. Of course we stopped and the first shop we ventured into was the tommy Hilflinger shop. John was reluctant to step inside but when the fear wore off he discovered unbelievable prices.......result. For him, chino pants , two polo tops, belt and the satisfaction of ...all that for so little!! ...
