    So today is the last real day for 10 days before the ride to Sturgis and then to Alaska. I forgot what it is like to turn the cold water on from a tap and get real cold water, not warm tap water like in Florida. No cars, no trucks, the silence is deafening!     ... wells was across from the cemetery. I have seen some of these wells working for the last 50 years, making me wonder why gas is $4 a gallon. Leaving Saturday for Sturgis, going to spend three days there instead of two, Mötley Crüe - The Final Tour with Alice Cooper, and Sweet Cyanide Bands are there Tuesday and I just have to do the show.     ... a nice day we also went to dinner at a Steakhouse called Mavericks they have great food really enjoyed ourselves
    we ran into a couple we saw in the Museum they were locals they asked where we had been wished us safe travels very nice people. That is one thing I can saw we have meet some very nice people along the way.

    So tomorrow we head home cant wait to see the babies little and big sure miss my family and friends!!

    ... plumbing fix and found next to nothing to do, along with nobody walking anyway around the downtown. Why does this always happen? Do people know we're coming and hide away in their houses until we're gone?

    We finally gave up any pretense of entertaining/talking to people and simply dropped off the flyers we had made at a few businesses and the library and called it. Sometimes that's all you can do.
