    ... Benson, NC. The last few days have been spent gearing up for our 3 month adventure in India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. As you can see from the gear photos , this journey promises to be an expedition of epic proportions. We leave tomorrow night, stay tuned for the stories to come.

    ... a range of 411 miles, can't complain about that as it would get us to where we needed to go.

    This drive was long and straight. Mile after Mile of wooded hills and valleys as we passed through Virginia and North Carolina. Passing umpteen civil war battlefields, Richmond the confederate capital and the Stonewall Jackson memorial gave us a real sense of history.
