    ... the cabbie, (we didn't get his name, but he looked like a Michael), pointed out good places to eat, where to find the shops we needed, etc etc!     Today began with the hop on and off bus tour! This was Aunt Linda's first time to see the beautiful architecture of my favorite U.S. city. Our first stop was at the Willis Tower.     A combination of (suspect) noise, jet lag and excitement meant another 5am start out of bed. Pottered around the hostel, had breakfast and out early to walk into the city.10 minutes into our day we were stood watching a polar bear (that Ni refused to believe we'd see in a park) having an early morning swim, followed by lions, tigers, monkeys and all for free at Lincoln Park Zoo.

    Started with meeting I&J at the Sears building so after we walked over to Grant/Millennium parks for general loveliness and much sculpture -some good ( The bean -though I'm not much for A Kapoor it is big fun for all -quirky photos guaranteed ) then hanging out in the water fountain , sadly video behind curtains of water not working.
