Well, we are still in Rutledge. I am sitting here in my little rv looking at the geese swimming in the lake! It is amazing what the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) has done for this area! The history behind it is that the federal government (under Roosevelt, I think) came in about 75 years ago and put in all of these beautiful lakes with dams to keep the areas from flooding.
