So we left st Louis, got back on route 66 an headed for Meramec caverns but arrived just after the last tour so decided to sleep over night and catch the tour in the morning! I also made a ...

I AM RESENDING THIS FIRST ENTRY BECAUSE SOME OF YOU SAID THAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT.

After my yearly mammogram on August 16th, I was called back for another one because there was a mico-calcification in one of the milk ducts. On August 22, a biopsy was performed and on August 26, I was told that even though 97% of the women my age have benign cells mine are ...

    Windy City, here we come!

... but we'll see what happens at check-in.

At some point we'll visit our all-time favorite hotel bar at The Pennisula. Called simply "The Bar", it is intimate, clubby, a bit dark and a bit sexy. We always have a wonderful time there and the bartenders really know how to make a Manhattan.

I'm working on our Orlando trip, which is coming up September 10-13, 2010. I'll have an entry about those plans very soon. I'm ...
