We then walked to the Arch and picked the wrong entrance where all the student tours enter, but the lines moved pretty fast.       ... expecting it to be hundreds but it was a very reasonable price so I encouraged him to try it on.... so he now has a new jacket that he adores, should have bought a bigger bag!!

      Time to head back to the hotel for a nanny nap and rest up before heading out for the night but before we do we had to go back to the Cheesecake Factory to buy a piece of cheesecake, I mean you can't go there without trying the cheesecake! I bought a kahlua chocolate and Rodd a caramel one.. at $8 ...

      ... the door didn't lock because the latches were out of alignment with the holes in the frame. After my experience, I wanted to bolt the door but the deadbolt couldn't be set either. Fortunately, there was one of the latches you push over the peg sticking out from the edge of the door to keep it from opening, which will work fine as long as I'm in the room but can't be set when I'm not such as when I go to breakfast tomorrow morning.

      Ever since I read the David McCullough biography of Harry Truman I have loved the man, so to be in his presence today was a very special time for me. Denny and I literally walked in his shoes: On the streets where he walked. Through the building he designed. In the drug store where he worked.
