We landed at Toronto Pearson Airport at about 5:30 pm after a smooth flight across the pond. Our flight landed about 20 minutes early. In Canada, we did not know what to expect for customs being American's flying in from Italy. We found no problems with an easy process... but with long lines! ... front desk clerk (hospitality officer?) kindly arranged for a driver to take us to the CN Tower; the drive there took an hour long, which concerned me a bit because we had to account for getting back to our hotel early enough to get some sleep before having to wake up at 4:00 am again to catch our flight tomorrow. ... dull and dreary as soon as I arrive even though no rain was forecast. Forecast says it will be in mid single digits most places going back to wintery clothes while Toronto has just high double digit spring weather.

Off to the airport Friday after work and will have stories upon my return!
