... skinless steamed potatoes, and an Indianish pea and potato curry for dinner the first night; cereal, bananas and apples, skinless steamed potatoes, hardboiled eggs, coffee, tea, and juice for breakfast; chapati (Indian flatbread), chicken, chopped green leafy veg with garlic, and pea dish for dinner the second night. kitchen/dining area at the main living quarters. The school grounds
sit on the top of one of the many surrounding hillsides. At the very
top is the living quarters for the Franciscans and volunteers.
Currently there are four Franciscans living within these grounds in
