    ... decided to go see if there was any hot water downstairs. As I came around the corner into the lobby, I saw Mr. Mundeli. He was waiting on us, but I had no idea that he was in the building.     Rwanda side it was much easier and if anything the immigration people
    were more helpful. They even put the visa exactly where we wanted it
    which meant we could save a page in our passports which is important
    as we are running out of space. We stayed in the customs area and had
