Hotel pick up service is excellent. Hotel is also located close to the Airport Subway link which is direct to Seoul (Unseo Station). Staff are friendly and helpful. Good English spoken. Rooms are a good size with all amenities, comfortable and clean. Good value at 77,000 kw a night. A free night tour of Seoul is available.
