I love all the camps in the park. i would really recommend moving around from camp to camp. They're all great for their own unique reasons.

Nice, basic but everything you need. Make sure you get there earlier than gate closure because the empty sites are really hard to find and I got there about 3.30pm! I saw one poor car drive past me 3 times in about half an hour! The ablusions are probably the nicest of all the camps.
Make sure you have the campsite adaptor for you plugs too. They fit only the camper ones, not normal "plug-in-the-wall" plugs. (Then you will have the adapter fitting the 3 prong plug, so if you have 2 prong devices, you'll need that adapter too.)

Left a very windy and chilly Spain Wednesday 4 February 2015. After a long tedious flight arrived in Johannesburg, met by Lynn, we were very pleased to see her. Spent time catching up with each other's news. Lynn and Tony took us out to a very good restaurant for my birthday on Saturday called Wombles. We set off on our journey at 7.30 Monday 9 …

May 17th and we set off for Skukuza Camp in Kruger National Park. Skukuza camp is where I will be attending a 3 day conference with a focus on the psychological factors of development in underdeveloped countries. After a lovely breakfast, we say goodbye to the Khayalami Lodge and Nelspruit and make the 74 km drive to Crocodile Gate located in SE …

... The tour guides seemed very friendly and strangely enough I know one of them from my previous Namibia tour although then he wasn't my guide. The chances of this happening are about 1 in 80 and yet it did. We headed out for our long drive with a few short stops along the way. Mostly the scenery wasn't spectacular but it was nice to see some of the smaller towns. I call South Africa, "Africa Lite" because so much of what I've seen, especially in Cape Town is not the ...

... for this decision spotting more lion, had a leopard cross within metres of the back of our car, seeing elephants, jackals, warthog, baboon, impala and various bocks. We were by this stage running out of time so started to ignore sightings and headed for the gate. We still had several Km to go and it was about 5.30 when we came on a car stopped and people looking excitably to the right. Curiosity got the better of us and we stopped to investigate, but ...
