... the main streets in the city, but it had been completely closed off to traffic for the city festival and there were tons of food and craft stalls set up along its entire length of 2km or so. I think the entire population of Vilnius were there. People EVERYWHERE! I quickly found some lunch and walked while I ate to the KGB Prison Museum.
