... for desert I had to make my way back to the other end of town to get in my second first of Thailand the infamous booze bucket. So we had a few bevies at the hostel before hitting the busy street in hopes of finding a seat for the game. Holly it was packed! You could be sat down at a bar and people would be trying to sell you Tasers on the road side and offering drugs. No need to hide it, they laid them out on the table. Considering there is a death penalty in Bangkok for being in possession of drugs I happily declined. We ...
... It is much better than walking or cabbing for longer distances.
The most noteworthy thing that I did in Bangkok was to go checkout the Chatuchak market. This is the largest market I have come across in SE Asia. You can literally find anything here. Unfortunately, this includes a whole section of all sorts of animals. I saw cats, dogs, squirrels, birds, ducks, snapping turtles, sugar gliders, sharks, coral, tons of ...
... ambulances etc had all disappeared by the time we got back out onto the main road. Walked back through the various shopping malls - not much on at the cinema-only two films-Sabotage & Diversion-decided not suitable - lots of apple stores,electronics,designer shops from Ducati to Chanel.
