Drove back into town and stopped at the Flower festival which has been on for the last two months and is due to end on Saturday. Lots of brightly coloured orchids, lilies, tulips etc and various statues of fairies and ladies. Steve instructed to jump up and have his photo taken ...

... asked, if Christians believe in an after-life. I told her that we did and that we believed that the human race sinned against God and that we were all destined to go to hell. However, God sent His Son, Jesus, and He was born a perfect man. Then, He paid for the sins of each individual by dying on a Roman cross and shedding His blood. I said that because of His sacrifice, we who believe that He paid for our personal sins go to heaven. Apparently, I didn't explain it ...
