... are so friendly. We went to the night market in the evening, before heading to a Thai restaurant for dinner. I can't remember the name of it, but we sat on a little balcony and got incredible service from the staff. We had wine with red curry, spicy sausage and prawns. It was so tasty and such a bargain! ... through excessive tourism in return for an uncertain residency in the hills. In the evening we headed back to infamous clock tower to watch it light up on the hour. For ten minutes a light spectacle of many colours and sound effects were displayed before us.
