... off to the harmonizing power of crystals. In the Crystal Theater ones own fantasies take centre stage. You can have a look onto the giant’s belongings and marvel at an aria performed by the extraordinary soprano Jessye Norman and captured by Andre Heller in film before you enter the World of Wonders and the Crystal Forest.

We're nestled in a village surrounded by the Wilder Kaiser mountains, only half the height of the Matterhorn, but so, so pretty. We are staying 4 nights at the Hotel Der Baer which is a family owned spa and wellness resort........we thought we might need it by now. Actually, we booked here to take advantage of the walking, ...

Back on the mainland, we decided it was so nice that we would stay for dinner. There was a
festival on at the shoreline with tents and live music so we decided to take in the surroundings with a beer and some BBQ chicken and chips. It was the perfect way to end the day and magical to see the mountains fade in the falling light and turn into silhouettes. We didn’t have long to drive into the mountains to our hotel called Prinzregent in Marquartstein.
