... it was really special. Cool seeing where we live from so high up. And I had a steak for the first time in 5 months, which was one of the best I've ever had. We then headed to the Western bars, Irene's and Ray's, to chill out for the last time with everyone. I'm really gonna miss them all.
We've also been to see some dragon boat racing as it was the festival the other weekend. It was pretty cool as there were over 60 people in each boat! ...

Tim and I have enjoyed our own eating adventures. We went to another Chinese tea with some of the staff at a different hotel last Saturday with lots of delicious dishes. Rosa, the Korean translator and IE teacher at school invited 4 of us to her home for a traditional Korean meal – more delicious food ...

... everywhere here in the towns and cities that people aren't going to travel out of their way to go to a mall. Anyway, we arrived and the mall wasn't totally deserted. China has obviously been working hard to fill it up in recent years, and one section of the mall was just like a normal mall, with lots of shops. ... seems like an exhausting journey and our shirts were soaking with sweat when we got back to the apartment today. The good thing is that we’ll be leaving in a little over 2 weeks, so I know we’ll make it!
