... up our bags and headed for a girly couple days down at Surfers Paradise, on the Gold Coast. However, we didn’t get very far to start with. No further than 500m from our front door we came to a hault due to a funny noise occurring, noise being the tyre which was, no lie, flatter than a pancake! With us two girls all ready for a fancy weekend, we looked like two true plonkers beside the road calling road side assistance when we could of just popped back home and ...

For the next few days our days consisted of surfing, watching the event, eating, surfing and a few hours of sleep when we had the time. After a ...

I got the bus there and wandered round for a couple hours, managed to get a new phone charger lead and ...

... people were fishing. I relaxed at the pier, and looking over the water I could see a theme park. Gold Coast actually has a bunch of theme parks like Dreamworld, Wet 'n Wild, Sea World, and Warner Brothers Movie World, but I'm not really into theme parks... There were also some sail looking architecture that reminded me of Canada Place, high-rises where Surfers Paradise is, and the Q1 Building which's where I'll be heading next.

I took the bus to Surfers and ...
