    Breakfast at the Victoria was the best so far. Tour guide came to the hotel and we jumped in a boat and went to the floating houses straight across from the hotel. First boat had a broken rudder cable - quick phone call and replacement vessel arrived before we knew what was happening.

    Up at 07.30, reluctantly, to see Joanne and Peter off - Cambodia - then breakfast. Sort out our Cambodian travels and head to Mekong Express to book - Saigon to Phnom Penh, PP to Siem Reap and Sihanoukville back to Saigon - about 24 hours of bussing fun:)

    Up at 06.30 and to breakfast - same same. Picked up at 08.45 on big bus, 30 odd Joanne and Peter on the same tour. Guide was called Quac but wanted to be called John Wayne - guess the don't get his movies in some countries but most got it.     Up at 06.00 for breakfast - average - no cereal, limited fruit, omeletts bacon and chicken sausages. Pick up was early and caught us still in the room. We ended up on a larger bus with about 20 others. 3 hours bus to the Delta and on to a wooden motor boat and down the Mekong. Travelled for about 30 minutes on the main river and turned down a …
