It wasn't a scam afterall but we did get exceptionally ripped off because it was only supposed to have cost us 200baht as we found out when the others got on the minibus and paid up. We were gutted, we had been done over!     This day was one of the longest, best days of my life. First, me and my group went on an optional tour to Big Buddha Temple, a Gibbon Sanctuary, and Bang Pae Waterfall. My favorite part was definitely the waterfall, but each was fun in it's own right. The temple was very cool just because of how beautiful and calm it was.     ... t have wanted to eat anymore lunch before entering. It was an awesome day out. Thursday and Friday we just chilled at the resort (Di and norm went to a show and also elephant trekking) we lay by the pool and had massages. It took a long time because we had to sweep dirt, spray down with a hose, scrub rust and water stains, and then remove excess water that wasn't draining by buckets.
