Silver Point Hotel Christ Church

Teníamos balcón y una preciosa vista del océano. Las habitaciones tienen el mismo aspecto que las fotos. Muy limpias y nuevas de trinca. Personal maravilloso-Melissa me ayudó a recuperar nuestros pasaportes. Damián y Rochelle fueron muy amables y atentos en el bar/restaurante. Fue una estancia encantadora-muy reposada. Sin mucha actividad.

We had a beautiful ocean view with balcony. The rooms look just like the pictures.. Very clean & newly done. Wonderful staff--Melissa helped me recover our passports. Damien & Rochelle were very friendly & helpful at the bar/restaurant. It was a lovely stay- very restful. Not a lot of activity.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean und Balkon. Die Zimmer sehen genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber und neu gemacht. Wundervolles Personal - Melissa half mir, unsere Pässe wieder zu finden. Damien und Rochelle in der Bar/im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Es war ein herrlicher Aufenthalt - sehr erholsam. Nicht viele Unternehmungen.

Avevamo una splendida camera con vista mare e balcone. Le camere sono proprio come da fotografia. Molto pulite e nuove. Il personale meraviglioso (Melissa) ci ha aiutati a recuperare i passaporti. Damien e Rochelle sono stati molto gentili e disponibili al bar/ristorante. È stato un soggiorno molto bello e riposante. Non c'è molto da fare.

Wir sind nun schon seit über einem Monat zurück aus Barbados, wo wir im Silverpoint zwei traumhaft schöne Wochen verbracht haben. Wir sprechen noch jeden Tag davon wie schön, erholsam und sensationell es war. Das Hotel, das Apartement, das Personal sowie das Essen waren exzellent. Ich fühlte mich dort wie eine Prinzessin...

We found a great deal at the Silver Point Hotel in Christ Church Barbados, and what we found was lovely!

Having been remodeled and renamed from the former Silver Rock Resort this place is a great getaway from the partying scene in Barbados and not nearly as pricey as the Crane.

The hotel though can make some additions, which would make it virtually perfect - change the lighting the bathroom - they have that dreary white fluorescent lights. Add full length mirror and some additional mirrors in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom and it wasn't full length so picture three women trying to share this mirror! An a/c unit in the living room area, some additional bedding for the pull out bed, TOWELS!!!!

What was up with the towels, not very good quality and not enough!!! They have LCD TV in the Living Room but the reception was poor. They definitely need to have someone from the front desk all night, and not turn over to the sleepy gate keeper. But these details can be fixed and the hotel can become WONDERFUL!!!!

What they do have now that is absolutely the best the Chef Craig I believe was his name. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN BARBADOS!!!!!! We ate everywhere in Barbados - Naniki (super disappointing a rip-off), The Restaurant at Sea (super expensive and the food marginal), by far the restaurant at the hotel was the BEST!!!! We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there was not one disappointing meal. The Chef has studied in a culinary institute in Canada, and it shows. The breakfast, OMG the potatoes were lovely, Dinner -the Coconut Shrimp came with a seaweed salad, and Lunch - the salad spectacular. THE FOOD WAS THE BEST!!!! This is coming from some picky women who have eaten all over the world from cheap to high end, and this was of the best, topped only by Europeo Restaurant in Santiago, Chile and Fish in Hong Kong!!!! In an island of expensive restaurants, the place to eat is in the Silver Point Hotel Restaurant. The menu is not extensive, but I am sure Chef Craig and conjure up a special menu upon request in advance for your candlelight dinner.

If the important details lacking in the hotel are polished up, this would be the spot to stay. Still I would stay there again.

Acabamos de volver de pasar una semana en el hotel Silver Point Villa. El hotel está situado en el extremo sur de Barbados, recluido y tranquilo, con una constante brisa del océano. Las suites están súperlimpias, modernas, chic, y todas tienen vistas al mar. El servicio es genial, gente superamable (desde el director a seguridad) y el ambiente es relajado y elegante.

Wir sind gerade von einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Silver Point Villa Hotel zurückgekehrt. Das Hotel liegt an der Südspitze von Barbados, abgeschieden und ruhig, mit einer beständigen Ozeanbrise. Die Zimmer sind supersauber, modern und schick und sind alle mit Blick auf den Ozean. Der Service ist großartig, supernette Leute (vom Manager bis zum Sicherheitsdienst) und das Ambiente ist entspannt und elegant.

We have just returned from a week at the Silver Point Villa Hotel. The hotel is located on the South tip of Barbados, secluded and quiet, with a constant ocean breeze. The suites are super clean, modern chic, and all have ocean views.

The service is great, super friendly people (from manager to security) and the atmosphere is relaxed and elegant.

Relaxing, modern and a pure class experience. That's Silver Point in a nutshell. Rooms are excellently appointed, food had an unexpected but appreciated panache to it and service was supreme. Put all this in a trendy hotel context with an expanse of beach at your doorstep and you can see why our vacation experience was simply divine.
