    Morning, we have woken up to another pretty lovely day, the sun is in and out between the clouds but there is some lovely blue sky about.     ... and the food was good considering that space and facilities to prepare was limited. At one stage of the journey in the mountains we got buzzed by a fighter jet , it must have been low as was very loud on the train.     ... longer a given leg would be, he was a great, patient traveler.

    I was surprised about Alex in several areas, ones that I had never noticed before. I have always thought of him as being polite, but I never really noticed the extent of it until this trip. As a parent, it made me very proud to see the polite, respectful manner in which he dealt with others, from old friends through to total strangers.

    ... how our parents' style influenced how we raise our boys, and a myriad of other things. People came trickling in over the next hour or so - another morning at Camp Kenally.

    Once our boys were awake, we started the drawn-out process of packing. Something that I know I could have done in 20 minutes took us almost two hours as we visited, played, snacked, and, oh yes, occasionally packed.
