Xi'an, Shaanxi, China eddakath... by that time had marched off in the direction they were sent! We spent the rest of the evening hoping not to see them again, for fear of a finger wagging or worse.

We finished off our time in Xi'an having meat skewers and beer on the side streets, followed by more beer and wine at the hostel with some very friendly locals. We didn't quite re-enact our Dali experience given our 10:45am plane the next day, but we weren't too ...
Xi'an, Shaanxi, China caraghandben... Everything is huge!

We hailed a cab and we thought he was taking us on the scenic route, but he did not. He took us straight to our hotel (we came in the West Gate instead of the North Gate on the bus).

As soon as we enter the lobby, I am ready to stay here forever! It is a massive, sleek, good smelling lobby! I was greeted by a lady who handed me a card with the address of the Sofitel, Chinese phrases, tourist sites (English and Chinese ...
Xianyang, Shanxi, China theresabill... to clouds and it started to rain, which continuously fell for hours and hours like most spring days in Guilin. While at 4-5 days our time together in China seemed fairly short, timing was one thing we had nothing to complain about. Xi'an, Shaanxi, China stltom... This is a short post because the pictures of the warriors are what will tell the story. The Chinese government has strict rules for me accepting my personal property mailed from outside the country so I'm not going to have my camera cord to upload my pictures until I return to America. If I have time I'll find a compatible cord here so that maybe I can put them on the blog sooner.

Xian, China exploreamerica... Jacuzzi, coffee shop with books, bar etc. For a 2 bed dorm (sleeping on bunk beds is cool) we paid 3 quid or so each. It was owned by an American and really set my mind racing as to whether there is anything like this in Manchester as it would be a well cool little business (must by a UK Lonely Planet when I get home and see what exists in the UK!!). Photos P.S. If anyone wants removing or adding to the emails telling when a new blog comes out please let me now.

Next morning we visited an other factory where they told us that Mao had moved the whole factory and all employees from Harbin in Heilongjiang province in north east China to it's current location due to war strategic reasons.
