College Town
... a lot of prejudice in the past and just wanted to make sure that I wasn't spooked. They didn't stay long, but it was really nice to be made feel so welcome.
In the afternoon, Uncle Ken and I made our way out to Chapel Hill to visit the University of North Carolina. On the way we stopped at Jordan Lake, which is actually a reservoir, but it's also used for water sports and activities. It was really beautiful, and surprisingly close to the city.

... some strong hitters. She has some strong hits and great blocks. We are still trying to get used to the new wardrobe however. Lol. We are proud of her efforts and know as the season goes on, Aprill will continue to be a strong force on the team.

... and Joyce really wanted to show the kids some of the Anasazi ruins, but the kids were burnt out. Mary really wanted to get home to see Dylan's play, to see Lauren through her wisdom teeth removal, and generally to get a few weeks with her friends before they all head out to their respective colleges.
