Todays dives are all completed and we headed back to shore where we just chilled on the beach and in the dive center. ... FISH,CORAL WON'T HURT YOU!"/"NO KAT, THAT'S JUST A ROCK...". So eventually I manned up and got myself out there in the ocean (ok, still quite near the shore) and spotted me a turtle really close up!!! YAY. We then continued cycling around the island... in what happened to be a small circle (and not the circumference of the island as we had planned). After more wrong turns down smelly dirt tracks and asking many locals for directions to the ...

... and smoking cigarettes while carrying 40-50kg attached to bamboo sticks on their shoulders. Also to mention that most of them were aged between 14-20. I cannot describe the amount of respect I have for those porters. After lunch we made our way to the top of the rim, from where we had a beautiful view on the lake and the active volcano. It took us about 4.5 hours. After enjoying the view for little, darkness was setting in. When returning to camp the porters had yet again cooked ...
