Ladakh and the Himalayas
... was just too much to bear, and a flight sounded like a much more sensible option. We had had enough of the mountains for now and we were ready to get back to crazy India again. So the next day we were off. The day was absolutely stunning and we got to watch for an hour out the window as we flew across the mighty, mighty freshly snowcapped Himalayas. It was just amazing. They really do just stretch on forever.
