... to walk back downwards, which was nice for we could see many beautiful landscapes but was also tiring. At some point it started raining and it didn't stop. Walking only down, I felt like I was in a kind of trance. When we were finally down we took the bus back to the Huangshan station and walked from there to the hostel while the rain was pouring down on us.. At 4.50am we set off up the mountain to see the sunrise at 6am. It's about a 40 minute hike up quite a steep slope with many many stairs and it's pitch black! We told Ada to have a sleep in so we went alone.........well we were alone except for a few hundred others, mainly Chinese. They did have torches however so they were quite handy to stay near.
