... healing benefits of all the different infusions. The favourite though was the hot beaded spring where we all lay for ages. It was a great temperature and we could try and bury ourselves in the beads like sand. We did all find beads everywhere later though! It was just phenomenal and I think if we didn't have to leave we could've stayed there a whole lot longer. But we did have to leave, we had to run for the last bus ...

... until the very very end of the meal! Luckily some of the guys had ordered some more chips so I wasn't holding anyone up, and it was tasty so worth waiting for. By this point, although early (pre-8pm), we decided that it was time for bed. A few of us were planning to get up for sunrise so we especially needed the sleep. ... a group of guys hiking for a high school reunion. We had met them on the bus and they were much faster than us but decided to slow down and join us to visit anyways. They were the only other individuals we met climbing UP the mountain... all the others were coming down. But coming down seemed just as challenging to me.... and they were ALL ages... there were children passing us and grandmas and grandpas (some in their 80's) super impressive...

... into it we ended up with a pretty decent meal, certainly not the worst one we had endured in China to say the least. After hanging on to the last few minutes of downtime that we could, we reluctantly headed back out to brave the steep climb back towards the cable car station to make our way down the hill.
