    ... wall marked as an attraction and had offline maps with gps which helped guide us. However when I checked it at one point it said we had walked past the wall on the street, we can assure you there was no wall! It seems it is not the best app so far and I don't totally trust it now although it did give accurate maps which we followed by our own route to Xuánwū Lake Park where we eventually found the entrance to the wall after walking at the base of it for some kilometres! ...

    ... expecting however is that it is set within a lovely park which provided shade and peace and green nature within the bustling city, and there were locals at a dance class too which although beaming rubbish music around the park did not disturb the peace. And on top of this they have to study for their SAT which is the Standard Assessment Tests for entry into USA universities, or IELTS for entry into UK universities. the SAT requires them to have a vocabulary of about 5000 words in English so they are studying these words all the time. You see them on the subway
    learning lists of words and their meaning. They have no teenage life

    ... murals). We were mesmerized by a circular room with a moving picture of a Chinese town displayed on the entire wall (see photos). Every element of the picture had movement (eg people cooking in tiny kitchens, selling wares on streets, arguing with neighbors etc). As we watched, the day turned into night, and seasons changed. I have never seen anything like it! Caroline and I could have stood and watched for hours.
