... a few things. On returning to the guest house was when the adventures began. We came back to use the bathroom and freshen up a little before a visit to the famous Manakula temple in the evening. I agreed to meet Kaete in ten minutes at the stairs which were outside my door. I had a quick mini shower when I heard someone outside my room. I thought it must have been an early Kaete so I put my boxers and a singlet on to answer the door and there stood 4 guys in their mid twenties or so. ...

... heading to Kathmandu), we took a 9 hour micro-bus ride (big van, less stops, less room, usually quicker, but sometimes it has a lot of people crammed inside). It wasn't too bad but I was still quite tired and recovering.

Don't get me wrong, the small narrow streets were very colorful, the shops were duplicates of one another, the activity of the people and the colors that they were wearing were beautiful, but the place was just too crowded. There were side streets everywhere and you could get lost so easily because everything looks the same.
