... salad I'm not sure what type of mayonnaise they put in there that the flavor was absolutely delicious. I saw a bowl of miso soup and some dried or call me or see we on the side so after fielding the bowl of soup with me so I add a spoonful of dried seaweed in minutes, the seaweed soak up the miso soup and swelled up into delicious velvety in the edible seaweed. ... the process is still very manual, After the tour it was tasting time! I've never been s big fan of sake, but this was clearly higher quality stuff than I have had before. They also broke out yuzu, strawberry, and tomato flavored sake. Loved the yuzu.
