Matsumoto is a very cute city with its own castle (not that I have seen it). Luke will take the kids out today to do some exploring. Mason doing really well, he can stand with weight on his good leg on crutches. Not allowed to put any more than 10kg of weight on his bad leg for 6 weeks. ... We sat down and began the two hour train ride up to Matsumoto. The train ride was rather uneventful and we filled it with lively conversation and at a few points when passing through the mountains we saw snow.
