A trip at last!
I haven't taken a single day’s holiday since returning from Zambia at the start of January. So this visit to Tokyo hugely anticipated. Once again, a Dreams Come True concert was my excuse for venturing far to the Far East. But it was also a chance not only to visit friends, see some new sights etc. …
Well our first morning in Japan has dawned. Didn't sleep much, my legs cramped all night, but I'm feeling pretty good. It's a beautiful day in Tokyo, slightly hazy, and I'm starting it off with a huge breakfast at the Washington Hotel, Shinjiku. Not a bad start!
... 3-5 minutes, only for the fight to last no more than 15 seconds (and that's a long one!)
