... maagervaringen eerder deze vakantie zijn we (te?) voorzichtig geworden, helaas maar reizen terwijl je je niet goed voelt is erg vervelend. We genieten van fishfingers met ravigotesaus, gebonden tomatencrèmesoep en frites met een stukje vlees. Op de terugweg naar het hotel zien we nog snel een stukje van de mooi verlichte stad avonds en op het centrale plein wordt er gedanst. Lokale mensen in klederdracht gezamenlijk met Chinese toeristen, leuk om te zien.

We arrived in Shangri-la yesterday afternoon after a slow (thank god) bus trip that wound up narrow (but mostly good) roads at terrifying heights. We left the Yangtze and began to head up, following a smaller river that gushed down the mountain with amazing force.
