This trip is appropriately named ..a quick taster of Japan. Congratulations to our guide who kept us together, well almost, for eight days.

I made a novice mistake, I should have booked a few extra nights in Tokyo..the trip only allows half a day, one night, which does not do justice to the city.

... go for dinner (tofuya at Tokyo Tower - recommended by Carrie) was booked out so we went to Skytree instead. Big shopping centre inside an enormous tower - I think it's about 350m tall or more.
