Christmas was really nice. I knew when I left home in March that I would be away for Christmas, at the time I thought I'd be in the blazing heat and sunshine of southern Thailand. There was also an au pair there from a different agency, with her host family. One of the former au pairs who came along to the party had been the au pair with that family.... but they had since changed agency, hence why this other au pair none of us recognised was there!
