... the "all you can eat" hot breakfast that the hotel offered for $6.00 per person if you did not stay at the hotel. All of the food was good, but the thick sliced bacon they served was excellent!

... big rolls of fresh hay.  By 9:00 we were in the outskirts of Calgary, driving by Olympic Park fairly quickly. We drove from Calgary towards High River, Alberta, where we stopped in at a Tim Horton. There I was able to upload the last two day's worth of posts, along with the pictures that go with them. ... in a small town and saw a burger place that had huckleberry shakes, Paul's dad (who was driving) drove straight in. So Paul and I shared a burger and a shake. The shake tasted yummy! I can't wait to taste something with fresh huckleberries in it!

So that was our driving day. I will have to come up with something else for our other long driving days.

... buds is extreme, but they are great headphones!

Add my fancy Arlen Ness after market mirrors that I can't see **** in to riding in complete silence and you need to have your head on a swivel big time! More that once I casually glanced over to find a semi had crept up beside me, quite startling! Eventually I discovered a setting that adds about 25% ambient back into the mix so I have a little more sensory input.
