Sheraton on the Park Sydney

I always try to stay at this hotel when I am in Sydney for work reasons and have chosen to stay there also when I there on holidays.

It is a fantastic hotel! It is well located, right across from the park, and the rooms are always clean and spacious. It feels quite luxurious when you walk in to the foyer. The decor in the rooms is very pleasant. Aircon always works well and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Check in is always efficient and the staff are helpful. Room service is always delivered efficiently and I have never had a bad meal. The restaurant downstairs is very good.

It is also well located for shops and central shopping in Sydney is a short walk away.

I can highly recommend this hotel!!

My husband and I stayed at this superb hotel over the christmas and new year period. From the minute you arrive your every whim is catered for. The staff can not do enough and for the size of the hotel the service is suprisingly personal.

The rooms were spotless and larger than usual with the softest pillows we have ever slept upon.

If I had to make one gripe it would be to say a mirror in the bathrooms so that men can shave would not go amiss. However that is me being picky and I can truly recommend this hotel to one and all. Happy holiday

The only reason we stayed here was that we could get three free nights with my Sheraton points. That's how we found it. Through the Sheraton program. Amazing. What a steal. The location was great. You can walk everywhere. Didn't really use the restaurants, though I'm sure they were great. We just walked and ate when we got hungry. The park across the street? Beautiful.

I stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. Not long enough to see that Sydney has to offer - I just loved this city! The best location for being in the heart of it all. I walked everywhere as I was just a short stroll from all the museums and the Opera House. Just Great!

Handy location in the middle of Sydney--right in the best shopping area and within walking (or monorail) distance of most of the city's many attractions. The buffet dinner is fairly expensive (55 Australian dollars) but on the whole worth the money. Friendly helpful staff.

This hotel is suberb. I have stayed in Sheraton properties all over the world but this is one of the best. The location is as good as you can get.(better than the W). The rooms are huge and very well finished. The staff are great and they can not do more to help out. i loved it and can not recommend it highly enough

My wife and I stayed here as part of a MBA course group. We were there for three days in a standard room. This hotel is completely luxurious.

The bathroom was huge, including a large sunken tub and separate shower. The included buffet breakfast was extremely good, including very fresh fruit. We would definitely recommend this excellent Sheraton, which is located in the heart of Sydney's CBD right next to the very relaxing Hyde Park.

I have stayed at the Sheraton on the Park every January for the past three years and will keep doing so! This hotel is just great and even better after the global renovation. Food and beverage is marvellous, staff is just great and pretty stable so you see the same face every time. Location is great, perfectly central so that every thing is whithin walking distance. Room are big and bathroom are huge with every thing you expect and more. Definitely a place to stay. Prefer room facing Hyde Park.

The hotel had a luxurious lobby and the service was simply great... It was the BEST location for going to the harbour or for SHOPPING! Just a short stroll from major department stores...The only problem was that it was not the cleanest rooms I've been to...quite dusty and the bathroom...not that clean... but otherwise very comfy and would be happy to stay there again.. LOVED SYDNEY!!!

Very nice Sheraton across the street from Hyde Park in Sydney. Convenient to all sorts of shopping and restaurants. Walked from here to the Opera House without problems. Excellent rooms (ours came with a doorbell), heavenly bed, extra large bathroom with shower and seperate tub. Staff was extremely friendly (seem as though everyone in this wonderful country is friendly). Restaurant was very nice... two evenings we took advantage of the wonderful buffet, and since the US $ was quite strong vs. the AU $, the meals were a bargain. We are planning a return trip to Sydney and will stay here again.
