Today was a low key day to rest day to let my sore foot recover. We slept in and watched some Sons of Anarchy before chatting with Mum and Dad in the afternoon and grabbing some Chinese from access the road for lunch. Once it was dark we headed over to Central Park to go ice skating. It was one of the things I really wanted to do while we were in New York but as fate would have it with my ankle and foot being sore, I would miss ...

... the most interesting! Whoever would have thought to use tax layers money to make a huge sculpture in a cliff face - only arrogant America. And they fully admit it. Also drove through a mini, country styled Las Vegas on the drive with narrow streets even pebble stoned in part, called Deadwood. Didn't stop, but quite nice and ...

Five or six kms with lots of other people exercising was a pleasure, and a nice memory to return home with. As our rental car wasn't ready until around 4pm, we left our bags and went ...

... location. We stayed for about an hour taking photos before hunger got the better of us. We had passed some great looking little restaurants on the way from the subway and decided upon Ignazio's Sicilian Pizza Restaurant which was situated literally underneath Brooklyn Bridge. The food was lovely. This was an extremely pleasant last evening to our trip and our honeymoon. I can not recommend going over to Brooklyn enough if you're visiting NYC. It's definitely worth the ...

... but they ran out of beef tenderloin and cereal!? How can you run out of cereal?

We landed and mom picked us up. It only took us a half hour to deplane, get the bags, and clear customs. We arrived home and put the bags away and took some nice showers. Then we went to Target and McDonald's, how nice it is to be home.
