Historical Traveler Reviews of Sheraton Warsaw Hotel And Towers
Enjoyed this hotel experience.

A family of 4, 2 adults 2 children (16 and 12 yrs) stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms. Good service generally. Lovely beds and rooms good sizes and clean. Situation fairly good (amongst the embassies)although we did a lot of walking to get to various places of interest(which was fine by us)
Only drawback was that the restaurants were very expensive in comparison to others nearby.
Breakfast was lovely but cost us £60 for all 4 of us, and our 12 yr old was half price,so we went to coffee bars nearby for the other 2 days and ate very cheaply.
The Thai restaurant looked lovely but was very expensive so sadly we didnt try it. Fitness club good. Staff very helpful and cheerful.Would overall reccommend this hotel.Taxi service to airport good value and easy to arrange.
Fantastic hotel

Just came back from a three day stay at Sheraton Towers in Warsaw. Much much better than it looks in the photos. We got a great reception, staff can not do enough for you, room was huge, very luxurious, beds extra comfy. Location wise it is good, Old Town is a bit of a walk (25mins) but it is near the shopping streets and museums. The breakfast buffet is great - set us up for the day!!! If I am ever in Warsaw again I would definitely stay in this hotel - and would highly recommend the Sheraton Towers.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights Sept. 18 through Sept 20, 2005. Very nice hotel with nice size rooms and very clean. Within walking distance of the Old Town or there is easy public transportation near by. It has a good resturant and the breakfast was good with a large verity to chose from. Nice park near to walk in.
Fairly nice

We stayed for 4 nights recently. The hotel is big with business travelers and the lobby can get VERY smokey from the lobby bar at times. The room was ok, not top notch, but clean and spacious. It was a bit dark and did not get much sunlight.
The price was reasonable and location was good but we would most likely look to stay elsewhere next time.
The staff was all VERY helpful.
Good hotel but not the best

Second time in Warsaw.
Good hotel, close to the main shopping street but pretty far from the old town.
So, if you do not have plenty of time to spend in Poland's capital, choose a place like the wonderful Bristol Palace.
Otherwise, good hotel and comfortable rooms, close to the Lazienki Park.
Excellent hotel, but...

We spent four nights at the Warsaw Sheraton for the second time in one year. We came back for the excellence of the service and the quality of the rooms. But this time we experienced a theft in our room: expensive cosmetics of my wife had been stolen during our absence. Without this problem, our stau would have been perfect.
The best . . .

Stayed here as part of a Globus tour; could not have asked for more. Great location, great rooms, really enthusiastic, helpful staff. This was the best hotel they could have picked for a tourist who wants it all,
Absolutely outstanding

This is a luxury hotel that equals the levels found at a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. Can't say enough good things about the property.
Superb!

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel is extremely clean and stylish. It has a late opening bar restaurant that is very relaxed and ideal for tourists. We stayed for a few days on entering Poland and got a room above the entrance to the Hotel. Coming back from Krakow we stayed for one more night but this time our room was at the back of the hotel and lacked even a limited view of the city - a minor complaint.
Would not hesitate to stay in a Sheraton hotel again. Visit date August 2003.
Looking forward to go back there

A most pleasing experience. From the check in through to check out I was treated as a VIP. The smiles of the staff are genuine, their willingness to assist is endless, and the property is very comfortable, well maintained and stylish.
after I stayed in a couple of other 5 star hotels in town I know this is the best value for money. And do not miss their Oriental restaurant - a real Thai food treat
