      ... and plain dumb to drive in there. We had the boys with us so were pretty careful.. but the oddest thing was that the streets had no one on them, like a ghost town! And it was only 5.30/6pm.. locals don't even walk around really - and not many cars at all.. the taxi driver kept checking his mirrors behind us.. he said 'y'all just never know who's gunna role up on youu and then its onnn'!! Pretty crazy stuff.. but great to see! ...

      ... over one at high speed on the boat. The guide actually fed an alligator Cheetos - I kid you not! He also lured a couple of rare native birds with Cheetos. I don't think Kakadu has much to worry about. The service station where the tour started was stocked with knuckle dusters, knives, biker leathers and other 'souvenirs'. Sam scored himself an alligator head (real). Be interesting to see him get that through customs. Back in ...
